In Paris, there are numerous famous restaurants to choose from. However, the one I love the most is PINK MAMMA. This Italian restaurant opened in 2017 and quickly gained popularity, attracting influencers from various countries who come to dine there when visiting Paris.

Pink MAMMA is part of the Big Mamma Group, which is the sixth installment in the ongoing love story. Following the tremendous successes of Ober Mamma, East Mamma, Mamma Primi, Pizzeria Popolare, and Big Love Caffè, Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux are the two astute owners.

Interior design
PINK MAMMA spans 720 square meters and consists of four distinct floors, each with its own unique identity, from the street level to the rooftops. Throughout the building, Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux have redefined the Fiorentina experience, drawing design inspiration from the trattoria style of Florence, Italy. The ambiance is stunning yet unpretentious, evoking a sense of warmth and comfort.
In the top floor, there is a huge glass skylight that allows natural light to flood the space, making it perfect for photography. Additionally, the design features green as the primary color. I believe that once you see this design, you will love it and choose this floor as your favorite.

The first floor features a retro style, adorned with vintage tapestries and an open-plan bar.

Menu
We were presented with menus and greeted by a lovely waiter who immediately recommended the best meal on the menu: the sharing steaks, accompanied by their white wine. My first impression was overwhelmingly positive.

Main Cuisine
It’s such a beautiful space that it seems only right to make the most of your time there. Start with a starter: we tried the BE MY LOBSTER PASTA (€24 per portion). This pasta is the best I have ever had; it tastes incredible and features fresh lobster and mussels. The portion is quite large, which left us feeling very full. As you can see in the last photo above, it can only be ordered for two people.
The recipe remains consistent: a bustling line of eager fans anticipating freshly sourced ingredients imported directly from Italy, served by waiters as authentic as those you would find in Rome.

Dessert
Tiramisu is my favorite dessert, and I must try it at an Italian restaurant to discover what sets it apart from others. Unlike most traditional Italian dishes, which have a history dating back many centuries, tiramisu appears to be a relatively recent creation. Food historians suggest that tiramisu was likely created in northern Italy during the late 1970s or early 1980s.
As you can see in the video, the waiter will come to your table and serve you tiramisu according to how much you would like to receive.

Not accept reservations
They do not accept reservations at Pink Mamma; it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can hear the staff inside motivating themselves before opening the doors. There was a round of cheerful shouting in French before they counted down and opened the doors.
Tip: If you’re planning to go for dinner, they open their doors at 7 PM. However, it’s advisable to arrive a bit early, as there will most likely be a line. If you can’t make it before 7, don’t worry; there are three floors, so the line moves fairly quickly.

Overall
All in all, Pink Mamma’s rooftop is undoubtedly one of the most Instagram locations. Yes, it’s worth it. The food is not only visually appealing but also delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. I will definitely return and also try some of the other restaurants in their group.
